If he is hiring out the trailer or crane to others to use on daily basis or weekly basis - the important questions would be whether control and possession given to cusotmer.

If yes then VAT applicable if not then Servic eTax applicable.

Dear sir    thank you for your reply. Control and possession not given to the customer. He supplies the trailers and hydro crane with driver and operator. I want to know Supplying of trailers for goods transportation and hydro crane for loading and unloading comes under goods transportation agency. Note:Trailers and hydro crane will be obtained by the client on hire basis and supplies to the company.
