my HUF is in NCD and mutual fund distribution and we recieve the commision after service tax deduction. Can I register for service tax and refund for service tax already deducted in this financial years?

what is NCD?
Non - Convertible debentures
From whom your HUF are receiving commission?
For example: HUF is sub-broker of leading broking house and broking house has paid the commision after deducting the service tax.
Karan ji, can you please have question at one go that multiple emails do not frustate others.
I dont know how company deducted from your part bcoz this service is not under reverse charge . So if you are subbroker and recd commission after ST deduction please confirm the eeason of deducting such amount,

And pls note that mutual services provided by fund distributor to MF or AMC are exempt under notification 25/2012
