Service tax registration

Hi Akhil

Visit www.aces.gov.in. click on Service Tax Tab, enter User Name & Password

Go to REG Tab and from list click on 3rd tab i.e. Amend Registration.

Rightly said above about the process, But please ensure the revision could only be made within 90 days of filling of service tax return.

Sorry, I beg your pardon,. Its about correction of ST1 not ST3.

"Amend Registration" option is possible only after we get ST2, but in my case i didn't get ST2...I just filed ST1 and made clerical error and now i want to revise it..

Then in your case, please go to REG tab and then click on Withdraw ST1 Application. Now you can file fresh application.

The whole process is online . just go to ST1 reg in online ACES site and withdraw the application.
