pls help me.
my brother has a business. he is a service provider . he had approach to a agent for the registration of service tax . Agent gave service tax no. to him which was actually not registered by him . & my brother collected tax against the same service tax no, Now we came to know that S.T . no . was not registered. now how can we make a payment against that servicea tax no which was not registered. what should we do . can we get the same registration no that was given by the agent. from division of service tax. or to go for new registration.
pls help its urgent.
