Which documents are required for service tax registration in case the assesses is One person Company(Private Company), and after submission of form ST-1 online within how many days the registration certificate is issued by the department, it would be great if any one can provide step by step procedure,Registered Office of the company is situated in state of Gujarat.

After filing ST-1, the company has to submit the physical documents at the concerned jurisdictional office within 15 days. The copies of the following are required: 1. PAN of the Company and Directors.2. Certificate of incorporation.3. Registered office address proof viz., Office rent agreement/tax receipt/Electricity bill.4. Company bank account statement.5. The print out of ST-1 duly signed by the Manging Director/Director of the Company.
Any type of undertaking / declarations required to be submitted?
A letter authorizing the person to collect ST-2 ( the registration certificate)
