Is service tax liability under RCM apply if unloading - unloading labour charges paid to daily casual worker? (not through any contractor or GTA provider) Please suggest if any notification available.

If paid directly to the person as daily wages or monthly then no RCM. However the amount is paid to a man power supply vendor then RCM is applicable.
