Service tax rate on residential flat & duplex

On basic amount charged for construction of house it is @ 3.09%(ie after 75 % abatement on 12.36%) and on amount charged for preferabtial location it is12.36%. As notifiction provided above in case of property more then 1 crore or having abovve 2000 sq feet carpet area rate shall be 3.708% (ie after 70% abatement)and on plc it shall b same 12.36%.
