Service tax rate 15.36%-possible??

I agree with you but this is not hypothetical question/situation, its happening in real world and that entity is charging excess service tax and God know whether it paying correctly to Govt or not?

No there is only one rate of service tax 12.36%. service tax registration number and name is not visible.

Its not the fault of the company who is charging excess tax.Its the fault of person paying the excess rate knowing well what the law is and from where they can get remedy.

They are charging extra... You can compliant this to Govt and they will levy strict penalty for this..
