In the case export of goods, logistic company (i.e. agent) charges freight including service tax amount charged by shipping company on ocean / air freight and shipping co. prepares the invoice in the name of company not in the name of agent then in this case can company take the service tax credit. If not then who can take the credit and under which rule?

yes company can take credit on service tax.

here the services are outward... But as per the Rule2(I) credit can only avail on the Input services..... So credit is not admissible

Input services could be in relation to clearacne of goods or services used in business like auditing service or goods transport services.

Possible credit and if an exporter then eligibel fro reufnd/ rebate under Not. 17 & 18 /09.
