Dear Experts,

Can U help me that the following service profile falls which category

1. Tax, Audit, Accounting, Online Accounting Consultancy - Not yet finished CA. If He Finish B.com, MFM , MBA and Doing CA Inter. Can u help Which category it falls to register in Service Tax Department

Second,

Visting Card Designer, Pamplet Designer, Banner Designer, and other Types Graphic Designer. Which Category it was

Finally

Web Developmenet Designer

Please help which category falls to register for Service Tax

Wheteher it is Possibale to Register under One Form (ST1). or we need to use for separte forms

if you still persuaing CA then you can't do audit but if cleint with you and you helpout for audit to another CA and for other like accountng, you are liable to get yourself registered under category "Business Auxilary". for more than one category only single certificate is required.
