Please clarify, payment of service tax amount to govt on the basis of invoice date or payment received date. becuse we will get the payment from our clients after 30- 45 days of invoice date.

As per Point of taxation rules(Rule 3-general rule) POT is the earlier of
i) Date of invoice
or
ii) Date of payment
if invoice is issued with in 30 days from the date of completion of service.
otherwise POT is earlier of
i) Date of completion of service
or
ii) Date of payment
So, Mr. dayanand pay accordingly ST to the Govt.
