I have newly regd a LLP. I want to apply for service tax registration. I have already got PAN for my LLP but the physical copy has not been received. Can I still file ST 1 form?
Moreover proof of address can I give the electricity bill of the partner as it is in his name?
Wait for the printed copy of the PAN or PAN allotment letter. Because you need to submit printed copies of all supportings to range Officer after applying ST 1 online.
In LLP , identity of partners and LLP are different.
