Kindly help me on this.
We are manufacturer of a Chemical, we sale our goods to a party.
As decided, the party will pay the transportation. Since we arrange the transportation, the transporter makes the bill on us.
and hence we make our invoice (Transporation Invoice) to the party.
as we have to pay 3.09% as service tax for the outward of material.(75% abatement of 12.36%), kindly guide me how much RATE of TAX I have to charge to the party in my Invoice.
