Hello frnds, I just want to clarify whether service tax on reimbursements is to be charged, in case of a company providing training services to other client and in course of providing the training provides books to the trainees. If it is to be charged do provide me the Rule / Circular / Notification No.
If the charges to the clients include the cost of study material, it will not be called reimbursement and service tax will apply on the total amount.
