Service tax on matrimonial site

I have started an online matrimonial service like shaadi.com (properirtorship). I want to know :

1... under what head do i need to register for service tax no.

2... should i wait till i reach 10L of billing to do so

3... I have a proprietorship firm under which i have service tax number for manpower consultant. Can i update this or do i have to apply for new service tax no.

I dont know under which head such service is taxable. But if it is taxable, then you have to update your existing service tax registration certificate, no need to take new regiostration.
