Hi. Ours is SSI Unit . We are purchasing a waste materail from an MNC which they cant dump any where out side. we are treating that waste & we are produccing our product . They are charging a min. amount for this And they are also paying some amount to us becouse we are taking their waste materail. The Service tAx Will aplly to this amount ?
this is not a service....no service tax is aplicable.....
this is not an service so there is no service tax applicable. since we are purchasing material although it is waste for mnc but not for us.
