DO we have to pay services taxes on renting of JCB (JCB's are those big tractor type looking machines for construction and such purposes). Like if i give my JCB for rent, then do i need to pay service tax for them.

Rent on Plant and Machinery -194 I ,TDS should be done not ST
This is taxable service under section 65(105)(zzzzj)-- supply of tangible goods. You need to be registered under this taxable category of service to charge ST. If you have a RC not with this category, amendment of RC is needed.
