My organisation would soon be starting Helicopter Services. Kindly guide me rate of Service tax applicable on such services? Would there be any difference in the rates of Service tax applicable incase the helicopter is leased out to an organisation for some hours in a month?

helicopter services are controlled under "ministry of civil aviation" and they can guide you better as at present there is no such service profile like chartered helicopter services, but during the licence grant for helicopter services civil avition will guide you and charge, it may come under "supply of tangible goods services"
