Some GTA charge service tax & include that amount in bill were as some GTA's just disclose the amount in bill but wont add in their bill.
By reverse charge mechanism a service reciver is liable to pay service tax. Then in case were GTA add service tax in their bill what should be done? Should we claim a setoff against it or not.
If service tax is charged in bill then don't consider such bill/s for your service tax liability calculation.
You mean to say expense out the service tax amount charged in bill?
