we are a company haveing branch office in UAE ,,,, we will be transfering the foreign courrency in the followoing forms, can you please gude me ,
1. if money is transfer through forex ( it will e sent only on indivudual name , the cash or cheque will be issued only again as in individual name.) if we convert from forex they issue as INR so when you deposit the cash go to the bank as INR is it taxble.
2.If we transfer the money ( reimbursement)in either form ( forexange or bank(by swift code)) is it taxable(IT).
3.if profit is transfered is it taxable ( IT)
