I have been remitting the service tax monthly remittance by 2/3 rd of every month. This month it got delayed by 4 days and 6th only i have remitted thro internet. (online facility) Now i am getting a doubt, as to when is the last date for making remittnace of service tax online, 5th or 6th of every month? One of my frnd said the last date is 15th of every month..
In this site, it says, 5th for companies and 6th for partnership / individual remittance.
Kindly let me know which is the correct one and what is the late date for making payment thro online?
Pls help me out.
