We are a pvt ltd company involved in providing educational tours (field trips, study tours) to schools in India. These tours involve travel to USA only. What is the service liability on our company in respect to these field trips?

Only following services provided to education isntitution are exempt under 25/2012-ST:
1. Trabsportation of students, faculty and staff
2. Catering
3. Security/housekeeping,
4. Services relating to admission to or conduct of examination

my service tax offers disallowed above exemption. they want circular for same. if you have any circular then please share with me
