is a Cable OPerator come under the service tax Liability if his total receipts are less than Rs. 10 Lakh during the year 12-13?
what are the effect of negative list on his laibility?

there is nothing new for cable operator in negative list
Cable operator service is taxable but if turnover does nt exceeds 10 lakh than there is no need to pay service tax on such service
