I am new to this field, please forgive if this question is silly.
Late payment of the service tax is 13% p.a..right? if so, i am delayed with 3 months.
Suppose by billing is 1000/- so service tax is 103/- i.e 10.3% and my late payment will be 103/- x 3.25% for 3 months...right?

Because in the case of payment must be interest paid split wise.....
