dear friends,

we are the authorized dealer for bajaj auto ltd, we are the vehicles received from bajaj auto, pune. In Invoice value transport  charges included. we are the service tax paid quarterly because of we are the proprietory ship. we availed service tax input like telephone bills, security bills, etc.

we are eligible or not for cenvat credit availed for transport charges paid to transporter? or not?

As per your querry it appears that you are paying the service tax on total invoice value in which the amount of transportation is included.If this is the case , you will not be eligible for input credit on transportation charges as there is no service tax separately paid on transport charges.
