Can any one help me out. what is the percentage of service tax to be charged on Transport Bills.
Since, some transporters are charging 3.25% service tax and some are charging 10.3% and some are not charging service tax.

Dear Kannan,
there are following rules in regard to Service tax on GTA :-
1. 25 % of Service Tax (25% of 10 %) but Transprotor will not claim CENVAT Credit.
2. Service Tax (10%)
3. No service Tax in the case of Transport amount less than Rs. 750/-
