Service tax GTA

Dear Kannan,

                            there are following rules in regard to Service tax on GTA :-

1. 25 % of Service Tax (25% of 10 %) but Transprotor will not claim CENVAT Credit.

2. Service Tax (10%)

3. No service Tax in the case of Transport amount less than Rs. 750/-
