We are into Medical Transcripttion business. We have clients overseas as well as domestic. I have few queries regarding the Service Tax applicability as below,
1. Does Medical Transcripttion business comes under the perview of Service Tax ?
2. If Yes, do we require to charge service tax to our overseas Vendors ?
3. How to go with domestic Vendors ? charges etc.,

1. yes it is.
2. This will be treated as export of service hence non taxable.
3. it is taxable service. you need to collect ST @ 12.36% from your client along with the service fees and deposit to ST authority on or brfore 5th of following month.
