In my view you are sand the your own material for tailor and tailor is worked on the material and sand the same for you.
In the case the facts is very clarify as a Job work Procedure not a sale.
The tailor raised the bill regarding those work performed by him. The tailor activities is end.
Further, if you want to raised Service Invoices including Service-Tax or not, you are free.
But Exemption limit is not crossed for Rs. 10 lacs for Individua.
