The aggregate value of taxable service shall not exceed 10Lakhs in the preceding financial year i.e upto taxable turnover of 10lakhs service tax does not apply.
upto 10 lakh but all depend on which service you are providing if service you are providing is exempt or have abatement then that value should be considered
