The credit of CED paid fro chemcial is available as it is used in providng the service as long as the ST is paid on the gross amount and material deductions are not claimed.

The VAT liability may also exist as there is atransfer of goods.

please guide me regarding service tax credit. we are manufacture of mattress. we pay s/tax on freight,advertisement,professional fees,security,telephon. could i get the service tax credit with excise duty . and which freight, adv,------------?
