A company manufacturing liquor products. That company having loading and unloading activity. So they are paying Hamali Charges for Loading and Unloading. Whether they have to deduct Service Tax or not, if they have to deduct, what is the rate of tax applicable, Please give me answer as early as possible.

If the hamali charges are paid there is no reverse charge applicable on the activity. The person provding the services is liable and can claim exemption upto Rs. 10 Lakhs.
