One of my client is doing civil labour contracts, one of his client is Old age home.
Now, is service tax applicable for civil labour contractors?
Is there any notifications for Old age homes?

In this regard you are provided the taxable service and also Reverse Charges Mechanism under Notification 30/2012 is saying that you raised the tax @ 3.09 and rest service tax liable to pay receipt. There is no exemption for Old age home.
