if you have not received copy of order, then on what strength you have filed the appeal?

CBEC appeals are heard rapid, and u have not mentioned that ur appeal is heard or not ............. and with whom u have filed the appeal? 

Service tax appeal would not have been disposed without being heard personally. Pl. check with the Superintendent in the appeals unit .
