If output service provider both taxable and exempted services or manufacturers both excisable and exempt goods and such manufacturer or service provider does not maintain separate account to show use or consumption of inputs or input services for taxable/exempt output services or final product , credit will be allowed only to the extent of 20% tax payable by them and balance will have to paid through TR-6 CHALLAN
