Service tax@ 4.5% on import ocean freight shipments

Dear Experts, I am from a clearing and Forwarding company in Chennai We need to clarify few points with regard to the new S.Tax implementation on inward sea freight charges. We need your assistance on below points. It is understand that, the service tax is applicable for import ocean freight shipments. We have paid Service tax @ 4.5% for import ocean Freight shipment. Kindly confirm whether we can avail the same as Input Credit. We are also charged the bill to our end customer @ 4.5% Request you to confirm on which heading we have to file Service tax return and also confirm whether we have to adjust the input service tax @ 4.2% against our service tax payment.
