Service tax
we are depositing service tax since 2005 in a commissionarate code 04, division code16 and range code 09alloted at the time of registration. now we have received mail regarding change of commissionarate III,division XII,range 59 and range code is also changed. but we are depositing tax online through bank in the previous alloted codes. should we change codes in bank also. please suggest.

At the time of payment of Service Tax online, you have to give only your Service Tax Registration number and your other detail will come automaticly. You need not to mention your commissionerate or Division name.
