Service tax
HI,
we are charging service @ 14.5% but, we are not separate it as 14% and 0.5% SBC. now the are asking to separate it. can show 14.5% as totality and breakup in remark?

If you are asking about invoice, it is ok if you display the bifurcation in remarks or anywhere else.

Kindly refer to Rule 4A(1) of Service Tax Rules, 1994 which states rules for invoices.
in both the way u can show on the invoice.
both way are correct.
