Please tell me , i am an individual registered for service Renting of Immovable Property.
Is this service , stil a taxable service. If not then is it advisable to surrender the service tax Registration certificate.
Secondaly , Service under medical Service is no longer existing , is it advisable to surrender the certificate?

Renting of immovable property is before Supreme Court. Recent HC decisions favoured revenue. It is advisable to pay tax under protest.
Medecial service no longer taxable.
