If i made a cheque for payment of Service tax, how i want to prepare a cheque?, Please reply its urgent

Service tax is paid in Bank and the cheque in favour of the respective bank & ending with the word " service tax"
For Eg: Payment of Service tax paid in SBI then the Cheque in favour of "SBI a/c Service Tax".
