Service other than Restaurant service under Composition scheme
Please clear my Doubt regarding obtain composition scheme. Experts In 28 Gst meeting Government announce that any taxpayer can obtain Composition a scheme other than Restaurant Service upto 5 lakh. Experts is this facilities turn on under composition scheme ???

No it was only a press released , till date there is no notification in this regard by CBEC.

Yes the limit has been increased from ₹1 crore to ₹1.5 crore. But it is a just a decision. First of all the CGST Act 2017 needs to be amended then it will be notified. The statutory limit is ₹1 crore as mentioned in SECTION 10 of CGST Act 2017.

but sir lok sabha passed the amendments about composition scheme for turnover hoti 1.5 crore and any service provide upto 5 lakh
