separate registration of SEZ with in same entity

we have already registered for karnakata state through VAT migration and included SEZ business location as additional place of business.
but now our company wanted to go for a separate registration for SEZ business in Karnataka as we hv already migrated there is no provisional I'd through service tax..do I need to go through fresh registration process waiting till Appointed date.. I how do I manage customers and vendors of SEZ who asks for GST registration details.. can anyone update the process..
