Selling without purchase bill

If a person has gst registered and he want to sell goods for which he is not having purchase bill but has to issue selling bill, is it possible under gst ??

yes made a purchase bill from unregistered person amd pay tax on reverse charge
RCM differed from 13th October 2017 to 30th June 2018...
you can definetly sale but also procure the document of sources of procurement . whether that can be tax invoice or even delivery note or challan ( till RCM reapplicabilty there is not implication)
technically no, because Ur stock goes in minus, As per rule 56, proper books account of inward & outward supply has to be maintained
