i jst have a small query regrding As per notification no 25/2012- ST dated 20-06-2012 selling agent or a distributer of SIM cards or recharge coupon vouchers;
will service tax be exempted on dth recharge voucher or it is exempted on recharge of mobile vouchers
as there is confusion
pls advice
12.36% service tax is payble on recharge voucher......... on the recharge of 30 rupees we pay Rs 3.708 as a service tax... its clearly written in recharge SMS.
is service tax exempted on dth recharge vouher (epins) if yes give the notification received from the concern department
