Seller not accepting TDS correction
I purchased a property, deducted & paid TDS @ 1%, later on the agreement was cancelled due to default in suppling documents by the seller, now the seller is not agreeing to make necessary changes on TDS portal so that I can claim the refund of TDS paid, what's the solution

No you cannot claim refund.
But it's not his mistake
