we are a private limited scanning centre and we are planning to sell 1 self used MRI machinery to a company in denmark and we are going to receive payment in us dollars what is the rate of tax we have to collect from them if applicable and at what rate

This is an export and no any tax is applicale on that.further if you will pay GST on any service as may be you use for export the GSt will be returned to you.Only you need to se that you must receive payment agaist the supply in Foreign currency and within 9 months from the date of export.Before doing this you should have Importer exporter code (IEC).You verify from your Customs Clearing agent that any Export benefit like MEIS is avilable against te said export if yes the same will give you monetery benefit.
