HI ALL,

PLEASE CAN ANYONE SUGGEST ME WHAT IS THE BASIC FUNDA FOR SELFSTUDY ( FOR PASSING CA INTER PCC OR IPCC) FOR STUDENTS WHO CAN NOT GO FOR PRIVATE CLASSES AND ENGAGED IN WORK ALSO..........

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM HOURS TO BE STUDIED IN EVERYDAY? AND WHAT IS THE BETER WAY TO REVISION? MAKING NOTES IN EVERY CHAPTER IS VERY TIME CONSUMING SO IS THERE ANY ALTERNATIVES FOR SAVING OF TIME............

PLEASE SHARE UR EXPERIENCE ALSO WHO HAVE PASSED CA EXAM BY SELF STUDY. IT WOULD BE VERY HELPFUL TO THOSE STUDENTS WHO CANT GO FOR CLASSES AND BELIEVED IN SELF STUDY.

some guidelines :

refer to text books which r in question - ans format.it facilitates understanding.most of the books of Padhuka pub r in very form.
give max time for practical subject.ensure that u practical sub should be studied daily as per ur study plan
try to finish those chapters first that carry max. weightage,so that at the end of particular period u can ascertainwhr u r standing
study plan shuold not be common for all subjects but should be customised based onlevel difficulty
finally as far as no.of hrs r concerned ensure to give at least 6-7hrs daily

Hi Santhosh,

Firstly you have to plan the different stratagies for different subjects.

For Ex.

1 > Accounts:- First of all You have to know the terms used there,Basic concepts,in brief first & secnd chater of module

Then after understanding all that you have to move toward syllabus.Now here you have to read Theory first then try to solve the problems without the help of solutions,then match your solution with standard solutions.

in PCC main topics are 1.AS,2.Partnership,3.Amalgamation...,4.Insurance claim

In short you have to prepare different stratagies for different subjects.

There is no such thing that you have to study for a fix hrs a day here you have to go according to your daily targets.

The better way to reavision is to read 3 times at the first day i.e. you have to read at first and try to recollect and write without help of study material then try to recollect after seven hrs and final touch of recollection on next day and now you are ready with the topic.

You can refer study material of ICAI,notes of different classes,notes on this site,etc.so that you can save the time.
