Self option is not showing

I filing ITR 1 to proceed to preview and I select option of Self or representative then Self option is not clicking, so what should I do?

  1. Browser issue:
    Sometimes, the e-filing portal works better on certain browsers. Try switching to Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox if you’re using some other browser.

  2. Clear cache and cookies:
    Clear your browser cache and cookies, then reload the page. Old data can sometimes cause buttons not to respond.

  3. Disable browser extensions:
    Some extensions (especially ad blockers or scriptt blockers) can interfere. Disable them temporarily.

  4. Complete all mandatory fields:
    Make sure all required fields before the "Self/Representative" option are filled correctly. Some fields left blank or wrong inputs can disable options.

  5. Update your JavaScript:
    Ensure JavaScript is enabled in your browser because the portal heavily relies on it.

  6. Try different device:
    If possible, try filing on another computer or mobile device.

  7. Check your login status:
    Confirm that you are logged in with your correct PAN and credentials.
