self assessment tax

I was trying to pay self assessment tax and after entering pin the page was showing error, now I am in confusion whether tax has been paid or not? So I wants to know as for tds we can show details from 26as, from where I can show details of self assessment tax? Please help...

First of all get confirmation on Bank Web or by passbook/statement......

Because it takes about 5 days to reflect the payment on TRACES/form 26AS.....
