Tax Audit Limit U/s. 44AB for the Assessment year 2011-12 is Rs. 60,00,000/- and for the Professionals it is Rs. 15,00,000/-. Signature of one Chartered Accountant is enough on the Tax Audit Report by indicating the Firm Name and the membership number.
Hi, a ca can sign in maximum of 45 Tax audit assignments (As per institute guidelines). Anupama is right in all other aspects mentioned above.
