Seeking urgent reply
hello
m undergoing ma articleship.. yet ma grp 2 of ipc is pending.
i sent revalidation form with dd to institute as on 9th feb 2014. bt i forgot to mention dd no. nd dd dt in th revalidation form..
i had nt received any information from institute..
wt should i do?
wt date should i.write in the examination form?
plz help.
plz reply.

You could apply with the date you sent the form to the institute along with a copy of the receipt from the institute when you sybmitted the form at your regional office.For further assisstance contact your regional office.

I think u have to put a graviance in e-service of the istutute then u will get a reply soon hardly it will get one day and then accordingly u can any step.
there is aonther way that u may write a latter to ICAI examination and same to be deposited with examination form and obtain a recipt copy from there. I think u can resolve ur query through this ways.
